Dress Code for Members & Visitors

On the Course, Putting Green & Practise Ground:

We do accept fashion changes every quickly and our policy is that any smart, recognised golf clothing should be worn.

• Knee length tailored shorts (NOT football or cargo style) maybe worn with short ankle sport socks (including trainer liner socks).
• Denim-wear is not permitted on the course.

Golf Shirts

• Men’s shirts should be recognised golfwear, have sleeves and be tucked into trousers.
• Ladies’ golf shirts should be tucked in, unless designed to be worn outside. Ladies may wear sleeveless shirts with collars or collarless shirts with sleeves.

Golf Shoes

• Golf shoes with soft spikes or dimples MUST be worn when playing on the course, using the practise area or putting green.
• Golf shoes should not be changed in the car park.

In the Clubhouse:

• Smart denim-wear is permitted within the clubhouse and its vicinity but only if they are clean, and are free of any fraying holes, rips or tears.
• Dirty, muddy or wet clothing is not permitted in the clubhouse.
• All headwear should be removed in the bar, lounge and dining area.
• Golf shoes are not permitted upstairs in the Clubhouse.
• Jacket and tie, or the equivalent for ladies, is expected when the occasion function demands i.e. for formal Club dinners, prize presentations etc.

Mobile Phones:

• All mobile phones must be on silent at all times and not be used on the course, except in the case of a genuine emergency.
• In the clubhouse, texting, emailing, internet etc are permitted providing the equipment is on silent.
• Members and guests of the club are asked to take calls outside the main entrance and are requested to be considerate to others.
• Members must also ensure they follow the “Internet and Wi-Fi Policy”.
