Golfers aren't the only ones to play with clubs. Join now for £40

Join our club as a social (non-playing) member and partake of our excellent cuisine prepared by our experienced 'Good Food Guide' chef and staff. Invite your friends to join you. Sample our wine list that promotes variety and value for money, with something to please every palate. Enjoy "Members' discount" on bar snacks and drinks.

Otherwise, you may just wish to relax in the lounge, perhaps watch the rugby, the Olympics, the World Cup, cricket and golf on our 50" widescreen TV or even or get active in the Wii games room. Either way, for only a £40 membership fee you will be assured of a welcome.

Dig out your dinner jacket or lounge suit and come along to the Annual Men's Section Dinner where good food, wine and fellowship are accompanied by a guest speaker. Last year nearly 40 diners enjoyed a good evening - let's better that for 2010! Watch the noticeboard for details.

Why not bring along some non-members to introduce them to the Club?  Get a team of 4 friends together to pit your wits against others.

Enjoy a simple supper, ponder over the picture questions, and then answer question rounds that might include sport, current affairs, general knowledge, TV and media, history, geography.

Brian Jones runs a very light-hearted evening with supper, modest prizes and good fun all for a very reasonable cost.  Eighty plus people attended last November to see the 'Dolly Mixtures' team win (yet again!).  Surely someone can knock them off their pedestal?

Once again the Club will reverberate to the sounds of  laughter, music and dancing at the annual Dinner Dance.

Dress is 'black tie' preferred and the evening kicks off from 7.00pm.

Space dictates that ticket numbers are limited, so get your name on the board when the list goes up, expected to be in early November.

Ticket price will be decided later but, as a guide, 2009 was £30 per head
